Basically it's setup like the LUX conversions that ultrasabers.com offers. It uses a 3 color 1 watt LED and lens as opposed to the string of LED's that the other FX sabers have.
I ended up changing the blade color to teal (Sunriders Destiny) by cutting the lead going to the green led and connecting it to the blue lead. By using a 3.3 ohm resistor on the blue wire it made a nice Teal/Cyan color. Without the resistor it was more of a light blue.
I used the two blank/empty pieces of the saber kit and added my own grips to them making it a totally unique saber.
